VENDOR SPACE RENTAL CONTRACT

Clothing Vendor: $150 Food Vendor: $200
Deadline: July 7, 2021
All vendor fee payments must be received via Cash app $ALGreekPicnic or PayPal ALGreekPicnic@gmail.com. Spaces are limited on a first come, first serve basis. Your booth rental space is not confirmed until contract has been signed along with your $150 nonrefundable deposit payment.
By signing below, the vendor agrees to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Alabama Greek Picnic, LLC. I understand that payment is non-refundable and that I am responsible for loss or damage to my items as well as any injury I and anyone working at my booth may incur at the venue. I understand that my booth space is not secured until my nonrefundable registration fee has been paid. I have received a copy of the Booth Rental Agreement and agree to the terms as a vendor.
Booth Rental Agreement
- The Alabama Greek Picnic, LLC reserves the right to reject or remove from the sale any items considered unsuitable.
- Booth Set-Up: Booths may be set-up on Saturday, August 7, 2021 beginning at 11am. Please set up at 9 AM and be ready to go by 12 Noon! You will be provided 2 chairs and 1 table. Please unload your items first, move your vehicles to parking areas, and then set-up your booth space. Spaces will be clearly marked with your booth name and #. Areas may be congested during booth set-up. Please be courteous of other vendors and do not block their access to booths at any time. All items for sale must be within your booth space.
- General vendors CANNOT sell food, drinks or any consumable product. If you are found in violation this rule, your company will be notified and banned from participating in all future Alabama Greek Picnic events. If you are looking to sell food and / or drinks, you must apply for a food vendor space.
- Booth Teardown: All Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their entire booth space at the end of the event. All booths must be empty of all contents, tables, unsold items, etc. by 8:00pm.
